Kauai Food Truck enlisted the help of Registroid and Star Micronics to address issues including the inability to accurately track inventory and sales. In addition, they were losing customers because they could not accept credit cards. The installation helped them increase sales, reduce waste and gave them the ability to accept credit cards.
