Blackberry Throws a Hail Mary with BB10

On Wednesday, RIM (now christened Blackberry) unveiled its new flagship phones the Z10 and Q10, available with or sans physical keyboard. Right off the bat, the phone has some cool features that are more prevalent in consumer phones than enterprise-ready devices, including fancy suggested word typing tool, memory card slot, hot-swappable battery, built-in BYOD security and NFC integration.

At Wednesday’s launch event, Blackberry also announced a new version of its app store with approximately 70,000 programs ready to download. To find out more about the new Blackberry phones, head over to our sister site, Mobile Enterprise, for their in-depth coverage, including five things you might not know about Blackberry 10.
