Teo Announces Next Version of Unified Communications Platform

Teo (http://www.teotech.com) announced availability of Teo UC 4, the latest version of its unified communications (UC) platform. Teo UC 4 includes more than 200 enhancements and several new features for both end users and administrators.
 
Teo UC, built from the ground up by Teo, offers a comprehensive UC suite across all device types and integrates with existing technology infrastructures to provide an intuitive user experience for both administrators and end users. Now, Teo 4 provides users and administrators with the following features.
 
User upgrades:

• Teo Softphone Updates: Users can now access all UC tools within the Teo Softphone via tighter integration with the Teo User Portal.
• Call Swipe: The Call Swipe feature enables Teo UC users to seamlessly transfer calls from device to device without interruption or disruption to other people on the call, further enhancing the mobility of users.
• Schedule-based Auto Attendants: With the addition of this feature, users can set different Auto Attendant behaviors based on settings such as time of day, day of the week and more.

Administrator upgrades:

• Improved Dial Plan Manager: Now, Teo’s industry leading Dial Plan Manager is more user-friendly and intuitive than ever.
• Refined Mass-Provisioning Capabilities: With this upgrade, administrators can provision and configure all settings for thousands of users and devices as quickly as they can provision a single user or device.

Additionally, Teo 4 incorporates Teo’s simplified, streamlined licensing model, demonstrating its commitment to removing needless complexity from the UC experience.
 
Teo UC integrates core communications capabilities such as email, voicemail, voice-conferencing, desk phones, mobile phones, soft phones, IM, fax, E911 notification and call recording into one unified platform.
