Granbury Restaurant Solutions completed the asset acquisition of R-Stream, providers of enterprise management and point-of-sale solutions to the restaurant industry. R-Stream, based in St. Petersburg, FL, was founded in 2002 with a primary focus of gathering and analyzing data for large restaurant organizations.

Proactive network management and monitoring services are also available.

 

Terms of the asset purchase, which was completed today, were not disclosed.
