RENEWSolv is complimentary to all SYNNEX resellers. A unique feature of RENEWSolv is the ability for resellers to upload data for products not purchased through SYNNEX, giving them a comprehensive view of their total renewals business.
Key and unique features of the platform in addition to the single dashboard and data upload capability are: comprehensive analytics highlighting penetration, warranty conversion and renewal rates, automated identification of uncovered equipment, warranty expiration, renewal and tech refresh opportunities with auto-quote creation up to 90 days in advance, email reminders to resellers alerting them of upcoming opportunities, ability for resellers to leverage co-branded storefronts to reach out to end-customers, and complete integration with SYNNEX order management for streamlined ordering and tracking of order status. Additionally, resellers can work with SYNNEX to manage all or part of the renewals process on their behalf, including making telephone calls to customers, managing the tool, reporting, and processing credit card orders.
RENEWSolv launched with all Microsoft SA license renewals and the launch with HP Services Care Packs Day One Contracts is expected by the end of August. Other industry-leading vendors are scheduled to be incorporated into the platform over the next few months.
