Kaseya, provider of automated IT systems management software, announced the formation of a new Kaseya Champs Group in conjunction with HTG Peer Groups, an international organization of leading IT solution providers. The Kaseya Champs Group will provide key HTG members with product resources, including training and best practices, as well as offer a venue for Kaseya to gain valuable customer feedback and guidance. The group will be available to members of HTG in the first quarter of 2011.
HTG Peer Groups meet quarterly to network and discuss issues specific to their area of IT expertise. Members collaborate to improve their own businesses and the experience of their customers through sharing best practices with one another. Champs Groups consist of HTG members that are advocates and customers of the sponsoring company. Kaseya has been a vendor partner of HTG since 2008 and recently upgraded to the platinum vendor sponsor level within HTG, which is the highest level of commitment to the group.
"The Kaseya Champs Group is an opportunity for us to build even closer relationships with our customers," said Jim Alves, executive vice president of strategy and product marketing. "It’s an opportunity to provide active dialogue and sharing of best practices, marketing and technical resources, resulting in increased success for our customers."
"We’re excited about the addition of the Kaseya Champs Group," said Arlin Sorensen, founder and CEO of HTG. "We expect this approach to be embraced with enthusiasm by many of our HTG members who use the Kaseya platform to provide managed services for their customers. The HTG champs groups are an excellent example of the power in peer to peer information sharing."
"As a Kaseya Champ and long time user, I love the opportunity to share the many ways for MSPs to take advantage of the features that the Kaseya solution offers," said Brian O’Shaughnessy, president of IT Connexx, Inc. "The Champs Group is an extension of the many Kaseya product resources and provides a direct conduit between Kaseya and the members of HTG. This communication allows us to leverage the Kaseya platform for optimal performance of the networks we support."
"We’ve been using the Kaseya solution for more than five years to provide outstanding service to our clients," said John Pavlik, president of Resource One, Inc. and a Kaseya champ. "We are happy to share new ideas and tips as well as facilitate feedback with other service providers who may be in similar business situations."
As a platinum sponsor, Kaseya will participate in HTG Peer Groups’ annual Summit held May 2-5 in Dallas by exhibiting in the partner pavilion, presenting to HTG members and meeting with owners and CEOs of solution providers to gain feedback.
Kaseya serves a global customer base of more than 10,500 on-premise and cloud customers with millions of agents deployed, including Windows PCs, Linux servers and Mac notebooks.
