Tiffani Bova is a Vice President of Research with Gartner covering the topics of IT indirect channel programs, sales, and go-to-market strategies world-wide. Ms. Bova area of specialization includes the development of comprehensive indirect channel programs, sales coverage and capacity planning, and the evolving partner business models. In addition, Ms. Bova conducts significant public speaking and publishing in leading industry periodicals on these topics.

Prior to Gartner, Ms. Bova spent 13 years in channel sales and marketing roles with software vendors, solution providers, service providers, Telco’s, distributors, managed service providers and most recently as the channel chief at Gateway Computers.
