Industry consultant John Barbieri is a CompTIA Authorized Instructor and has participated in several of the association's communities and initiatives. His CompTIA involvement includes: IT Services & Support community (Changing Services Delivery Models, Sales Training, Service Abuse/ Warranty Fraud). He also served on the Managed Print Services community (Education - End User, MPS Trustmark).

John has contributed to the service industry for almost 40 years, in areas such as: Electrical, Building, Security, Manufacturing, Printing, Copier & Facsimile, Programming, and Web Development. During his career, John has served in a multitude of positions at Prism Point Technologies, Samsung Electronics, Brother International, Sharp Electronics Corp. and Ricoh Corp.
