Jim comes from a programming background, and leads a team that came from a break-fix model and mentality. As a second-generation VAR serving Chicagoland for more than 40 years, Jim has prioritized developing residual income opportunities as well as a sales and support model that is customer-centric. Offering a full line of solutions and adjusting to ever-changing consumer demand helps prepare his staff for the fast-paced evolution that presently exists within the industry.

Jim serves on the Board of Directors of the Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA), and chairs the Education Committee. He also commits his time to advisory boards within the POS community in an effort to share the perspective of the reseller to industry specific partners.
