Brad Holaway is owner and president of Copperstate Restaurant Technologies in Scottsdale, Arizona. He joined the company in 1985 and became president in 1999. Brad has been involved in the retail and hospitality industries for over 25 years, actively participating in various leadership capacities for a number of associations and organizations. He is currently serving as Secretary Treasure of the Retail Solutions Providers Association, and is a board member of the Micros Dealers Association. One of Brad’s passions is customer service training. In the past few years he has developed and conducted workshops for technology companies on how to apply empathy to effectively deal with customer disappointment, frustration, and anger.
