Todd Baggett is a 23-year veteran of the Automated Data Collection (ADC) industry. He founded RedLine Solutions in 1997, and it has become one of the strongest ADC integrators in the Western United States. In Todd's words, "We are evolving the business from a traditional hardware focus to a true Applications Solutions Integrator; this process started over four years ago when we shifted to a vertical solution oriented focus." Today RedLine Solutions has application software that is allowing deeper penetration into vertical markets where the company adds significant value. "Our customers in these vertical markets see RedLine not as a vendor, but as a technology partner helping them drive new efficiencies into their operations."

In March of 2008, Todd and Brian Marcel, first met to discuss how they could start an organization to help channel partners transform their businesses from a hardware centric model to a more balanced model emphasizing a blend of software, services, and hardware. These discussions led to the planning that launched the Solutions First council in October of 2008.

Todd has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico with an emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Economics. Prior to starting RedLine Solutions, he was the Western Regional Manager for USDATA for 5 years. Todd has lived in Silicon Valley for the past 24 years, and is an active member in his church and community.
